Who is SouthPark Optical ... ?
We
are independent opticians that have been in business for over 34
years. We fill eyeglass and contact lens
prescriptions from any doctor.
Why should I buy my glasses at SouthPark
Optical ... ?
We
carry the most extensive collection of eyewear in the Metropolitan
area. We have over 20 exclusive lines and carry all the major
designers. Our professional staff is second to none. Our licensed
opticians have over 80 years combined optical experience. We also
carry all premium lenses from companies like Varilux, Zeiss, J&J,
Pentax, Seiko and many more.
What are your hours ... ?
We
are open mall hours from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m., Monday through
Saturday and 12:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday. We have extended
hours for the holiday season and are closed for major holidays.
Does SouthPark Optical warrant their
eyeglasses ... ?
All
regularly priced eyeglass frames carry a one-year warranty against
manufacturer defects. Most all plastic lenses we sell come with a
one-year warranty with a one-time replacement for scratching.
Do you perform eye exams ... ?
No,
but we will be happy to refer you to an excellent optometrist or
ophthalmologist that will be convenient for you.
How long does it take to make my glasses ... ?
In
some cases we can make them in an hour. Typically it takes from 1 to
5 working days.
Do you accept my insurance ... ?
No,
we don't accept any insurance or discounts. We price very
competitively and in most cases are lower than other optical prices.
We do not accept insurance in order to keep our prices as reasonable
as possible. We will be happy to provide you with an itemized receipt
and/or fill out any forms so that you may be reimbursed by your
insurance company.
